The Visitor Center was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and has a sales office in St. Petersburg, Florida. The company is engaged in the business of selling vacation packages to Hawaii, Mexico, The Caribbean, Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand Tahiti, and Fiji. We are an on line Company much like Expedia or Travelocity. The difference is service. We believe, our clients would prefer to speak with an expert before booking their dream vacation as opposed to navigating complex technologies. Our philosophy to this approach also happens to be our slogan. "Vacations by Humans".

Our fulfillment partners include Mark Travel Companies, particularly, Blue Sky Tours, GoGo World Wide Vacations, and Funjet. The Visitor Center enjoys VIP preferred status and commission structures with all wholesalers. The Visitor Center recently won an award for the fastest growing Travel Agency in North America by the world's largest travel wholesaler for 2003, 2004 and 2005. recently The Visitor Center was recognized by The Hyatt Corporation as the winner of The Travel Agency of The Year.

The positions we have open at the moment are for Sales Agents. The job consists of taking in bound calls and answering emails about the customer's vacation quote. Your job would be to search for the lowest price with our preferred suppliers and provide The Customer with a detailed trip itinerary via our proprietary vacation building technology.

The Visitor Center is a sales driven company. The ideal candidate will have two years of retail leisure travel experience, be Internet savvy, and have a sales background. The ability to multi task is a must.

The compensation package includes salary, commissions, bonuses, health insurance, and travel benefits. There is a 90-day introductory period and The Company has a paid training program. There are opportunities for advancement and the Company promotes from within the organization.
